INSPIRE databases are funded by the residents of Indiana through the Indiana General Assembly and by the Indiana State Library through a federal LSTA grant.

Public, school, and academic libraries from all over Marion County have come together with the support of the Library Fund of The Indianapolis Foundation to offer our county residents free access to a wide variety of high quality reference sources.
